I Got Covid, Here Are Some Reflections

Hello, my beautiful kittens! I hope everything is well with you as we’re already a few weeks into spring, the birds are singing and the flowers are blossoming. New season, new projects,

Well, for me, Spring brought with it my usual S.A.D. as well as Covid. Yes, I got the 21st-century plague, hence why I haven’t been here for the past weeks. But I am back now! So this is just a wee post to share my experience with Covid.

It all started…

Halfway through March, one night I started to feel quite feverish, but I attributed that to the cold weather. However, the next day I felt worse and a chesty cough started to develop: a lateral flow test confirmed my fear of having contracted Covid. We’ve been open for months now, and everybody seems to have been okay, without contracting Covid. But a few months ago (when the Omicron variant came around) one of my colleagues contracted Covid. After maybe a month, other colleagues started talking about people closer and closer to them, who got Covid. And then in March, one other colleague whose mother seemed to have contracted Covid and got confirmation of it: and they had it too. At that point, another colleague and me, both resulted positive.

How it went

Oooft, I spent a week feeling like s***: the fever lasted 3 days, with a temperature around 38 degrees Celsius while I couldn’t get rid of the cough for almost three weeks. The whole time, I was feeling exhausted, gravitating from the bed to the couch, with the occasional trip to the kitchen. My main thoughts were to feel better and to care for my cat. All the rest came second.

A note on the cough: usually I get rid of a chesty cough in around three-four days thanks mainly to my Tomato and Turmeric Soup (will write the recipe soon as it is the best natural drug against this kind of cough!), but it didn’t work in this case, obviously because the Covid virus is different from the usual chest infection/bronchitis. Really, if you catch “The Virus” the best course of action is to rest, let the illness run its course. And while I am very lucky because I have a job and they consider 10 days of Covid as a special paid illness that won’t affect the total of your sick days, I was thinking of all those people that don’t have a job as well those that can’t afford to take sick days (i.e. United States of America).

Some Reflections

I am very lucky because I have a job and they consider 10 days of Covid as a special paid illness that won’t affect the total of your sick days, but I was thinking about how this illness can affect other people, those that don’t have a job as well those that can’t afford to take sick days (i.e. United States of America) but have to stay home. Now, you would probably think “didn’t you already understand all this as it’s 2 years that we’re in a global pandemic situation?!”. And yes, obviously I thought of it, of all the people that ended up in ICT units in hospitals all over the world; of all the people who died; of all those who’ve seen their loved ones die and not be able to be there for their last goodbyes. Yes, I thought about all this. But it is different actually living the situation.

I was sick and isolated (now, the solitude is a condition I don’t mind at all, but many other people do need social interactions and this can be affecting their mental health, which doesn’t make recovery an easy process) and I wasn’t able to do anything in my flat as I didn’t have energy so the plates started piling up and the washing was scattered on the bathroom floor. As I was saying, the main focus was to heal from this bloody disease, so I spent the little stamina I had to boil the kettle (for teas and infusions of cloves and red pepper with a splash of apple cider vinegar), prepare quick, healthy food (mostly soups, mashed potatoes, etc.) and make fresh orange juice. And give food to the cat and clean her litter.

But the exhaustion that Covid brought with it has probably been the worst part. I could feel that the cough was going away, painfully slowly, but it was going away, and after 3 weeks I was almost cough-free. The tiredness, however, was another thing: getting up from bed was very difficult, but I knew I had to move at least to the sofa. Going to the kitchen and cooking something wan an even bigger task. In the past weeks, there was also mental tiredness: it was very difficult to even find a bit of focus to read as well as watch things (I have been re-watching some old shows, so that I didn’t have to trouble my brain to understand new things).

It took me four weeks to go back to a better level of energy. And I live by myself and am fairly healthy. But what about those single parents? And those with disabilities? Or the elderly.

While for some aspects and in some people, Covid might be similar to a bad cold or flu, the post-illness won’t go away for a few weeks. My colleagues and I, have exchanged our experiences and all of us felt shattered well after the cough had gone. It’s like it is taking something from you like it takes directly from the source of your energy to feed and then leaves and it leaves you almost energetically empty. I’ll be cheesy here and will say that from my experience, it left me almost empty of all kinds of energy, from physical to spiritual and mental.

To give you an idea, my usual day starts with waking up and doing between 30-45 minutes of yoga, having a light breakfast, going to work and for a walk after that, then coming back home to do some research for here. None of these things happened for almost the whole four weeks of recovery. Last week, I started doing some very gentle yin yoga in the morning for no more than 10minutes; I do as much as I can at work but without straining myself; there is no walk except for the walking from home to work and back; I’ve been doing some light researching and this is the very first time I’m managing the concentration to write one post.

In conclusion

Why am I writing this post? Because I think it’s good to share experiences. Because I don’t care if this is a natural disease or if it has been created in a lab (either or the fault resides in the greed of man, in the first case because it means man went where he wasn’t supposed to go, destroyed precious Nature and discovered a new disease, while in the latter, well, that’s obvious). Now this disease is around and we have to deal with it.

So, if you had it and you feel like you’re the only one out there being without energy in the aftermath of Covid, I hope this will make you feel less alone. If you haven’t had it, I hope this will give you some hope that if you’d get it, it would be okay.

Sending love and positive vibes,

TVCL xx

  1. Hello from the UK

Many thanks for your post. Strictly Covid 19 is a natural disease but added to by man-made poisons. If I may I will explain. Standard text adapted as required.

“I have had my fair share of vaccines, including polio I believe. I used to think vaccines were of some use until, at 60 years of age in 2020, I researched properly. I changed my mind.

Covid 19 is the ‘flu, dressed up as a monster to scare people, re-branded if you will. This helps big pharma etc, control the populace and make more money.

The ‘flu is the internal toxicosis of the body, mainly via urea, partly due to metabolism of food and partly due to the many poisons in our environment which can and do enter our bodies in the air, food and water. The ‘flu cannot be transmitted to someone else as it is individual to each person.

Unless your blood is given to someone in a blood transfusion, for example.

In essence urea is a neuro-toxin due to the nitrogen which the body may use up to a point but must ultimately excrete as it is from ammonia which is highly toxic.

Injecting poisons such as via vaccines merely adds to the toxicosis problem. Vaccines have never been of any use, it is merely that constant and persistent ‘advertising’ persuaded people that they were of use. The various deaths and harm have been well-documented over the decades. It is being documented now.

Vitamin D deficiency is the true pandemic due to indoor working and living away from the sunshine which, if we do the right thing things, will give us vitamin D (free!). Big pharma etc. are not keen on free as they don’t make much money out of it.

Vitamin D levels drop in the winter months, depending on latitude, due to reduced sunshine levels and as any gains in the summer months are depleted.

Vaccines are neuro-toxins, if there is anything in them at all, as are most big pharma drugs. The toxic drugs contain nitrogen and can be readily identified as a consequence if you know the chemistry. Therefore they are at best pointless, suppressing symptoms and not dealing with the real issue. Indeed, they usually merely add to the issues, hence the ever increasing cycle of drugs to treat side effects of drugs etc.

This ever increasing cycle is good for big pharma business, but not for the human body.

If your immune system is in good order then by and large you will tolerate a poisonous vaccine. If weakened you will suffer various side effects. If your immune system is very poor you may die.

Boosting your immune system with vitamin D can go a long way to protecting you against the toxicosis, but vitamin C is very good as an anti-oxidant to help flush the toxins out of your system. By and large you should be able to gain your vitamins etc from good, untainted food. Highly processed foods will not help.

I have seen the statistics on Australia since February 2020. These show a close correlation between Covid cases and vaccination. It is abundantly clear the vaccines are causing the case numbers rise, as would be expected. Look at other statistics and you will no doubt see the same correlation.

Vaccine makers will say that correlation is not causation, although try telling that to those who fall ill immediately after the shot (or die!).

However, they use the same argument for justifying that vaccines do any good, that because people don’t fall ill or not so badly, it is the vaccines which have helped. Pure nonsense, and unsubstantiated at that. Lots of factors change over time and each person is an individual, not a herd.

I have done much on Covid 19 etc., here is my link to my summary. That gives access to the various other issues. I cover the statistics in the UK and USA and more recently those in Australia.

The following explains the variants. These are merely fear techniques to fool the gullible.

The following explains the media fear campaign.

    https://alphaandomegacloud.wordpress.com/2021/09/26/fear-is-the-key/

A useful website on the deceit.

    https://timefortruth.blog/2022/02/01/how-the-media-lies-about-covid/

Fear is a major problem in health. It should be noted that fear tends to ‘freeze’ the body’s immune system from functioning correctly and can stop people doing sensible things. Like avoiding having foreign bodies injected into their systems.

And I wonder how many people would choose to have a vaccine if they had to pay for them directly rather than via their taxes (vaccination is not free)?

As regards vaccinated/unvaccinated I gather the goal posts keep changing so unvaccinated currently means not fully vaccinated in at least some countries. This means people who have had vaccines are lumped in with those who have not had recent vaccines. Therefore the people of the world are being duped into having something nasty put into their bodies.

Unless they like playing Russian roulette with their bodies of course. But then that is both sad and mad.

As regards reasons of variance of symptoms, if any, between those who are vaccinated the problem lies in not knowing what exactly in each vial; sadly people will sell nothing for something and the vial might contain only saline, it is impossible to tell without testing each vial.

Vaccines are causing the issues by and large nowadays and case numbers and deaths will rise as a consequence. I recommend avoiding vaccines like the plague.”

Anyway, you getting the ‘flu or Covid 19 in the spring is typical for the States I guess. But what poisons may have been added to the environment this year I don’t know. Glad you are better.

    Kind regards

Please excuse the nom-de-plume, this is as much for fun as a riddle for people to solve if they wish.

    • Hi Baldmichael (fun nickname!),

Thank you for taking the time to read and leave a comment!

With regards to the importance of Vitamin D, I am lucky enough to have my partner insisting I assumed it in the winter. But yes, it should be made readily available for the whole population to help our bodies during the winter months.

Thank you for sharing the links, they are a very interesting read and I understand what you say: Big Pharma is at work and their main aim is more money and they managed to convince a good part of the world that being vaccinated is the way forward. I got sick at the end of 2020, all the tests were negative but whatever it was left me with permanent circulation issues: doctors later told me that what I had was actually COVID and the circulation problems had probably been triggered by it. So one of the reasons I am not going to get a vaccine is because I fear that would flare up said issues.

I am hopeful that, with time, things will get better!

      Thanks again!

      • Many thanks for replying. I would recommend boosting your vitamin C to help flush out the system. A vitamin C complex may be most suitable.

My wife and I are not vegan, but we do try to eat a good deal of fruit and veg. I know one should eat a lot of raw stuff to maximize the nutritional benefits, and we buy organic, and grow our own as far as possible.

We have also swapped from margarine to butter in 2020. I had nor realised until recently how we have been conned on the fat issues; butter has a lot of vitamins, including D.

I had 9 sessions of immuno-therapy over about 9 months for an alleged cancer (I have had a facial palsy since June 2018) which I now know was down to sodium nitrite (E250) poisoning leading to the far more neuro-toxic nitro-samines.

I now believe the immuno-therapy may have been equivalent to 9 vaccine doses!

It is almost certain that this has damaged my pituitary gland as its interaction with thyroid is unbalanced. I am doing various things, but vitamin C boosting is part of it.

Anyway, all the best. By the way, I grew up with cats and whilst I am fine with dogs, I like the independence of cats. I am sure they are therapeutic and I dare say the low purr helps – I have noticed low vibrations from other sources seem to help a little with my symptoms.

  2. After 750 + days in hiding I got Covid this week just gone and had similar experiences to your own. Like you I had all the jabs available to me so the virus was much watered down in its ability to inflict pain. Would prefer not to have had it and by day 10 today I am still positive so ten more days of isloation beckons.

  3. Thanks for sharing. I am at hospital and have Covid for the first time. Picked it up getting a CT scan on Monday. Was advised to come as my oxygen saturation was low and I was drowsy and listless. I am so aware of my surroundings and worried about spreading it. Trying to be so careful. X-ray has come back ok and just waiting on bloodwork before heading back home to my Covid cave. Day 4 now. Do love the numbing shots they give you for your throat. Can swallow yay 😍
